I realize every lease is different and factors with regard to the location, traffic count etc all play a roll but I was really trying to hear about what sort of protections to the property owner was realistic to get from the billboard company.

But it could be more difficult if you work 6-80 hours/week and buy properties that require extensive rehab/have lower quality tenants. 

In other words we focus on quality, newer assets located in great sub-markets.

@Derek JanssenHahahah yeah, definitely first world problems :-PHere's a few potential scenarios to explore just as food for thought:1) Change Jobs / Location: Living outside the Bay Area would definitely be more affordable and could cut time down.
