Unless your name is Jerryll Noorden, motivated sellers won't simply drop in your lap!

But it's like being in a room where it was 150°, and the temperature drops to 130°, it's still hot.

Maybe you listened to a podcast with the title "Here is how a 2 year old got 3000 deals only making 10 cold calls", and that inspired you to drop all logic intelligence and common sense and you blindly adapted this as "truth".
