I have met less than a handful of wholesalers who understands the interaction between RESDL disclosures and "as is" clauses.

Since it is a long process and usually requires multiple interactions and visits, I realize I need a good system to track each lead and my interactions with them. 

If so, I would take a look at the regulations around ADUs - although I'm not super familiar with them, I know there are some fairly strict laws around this after interacting with a client who was going down this route too.

I am not talking the book smart or procedures, I am talking the ability to interact properly and mentally handle it.

It's how you carry yourself and how you interact with your clients are more important. 

My interactions with software engineers leads me to believe this is no different when someone is writing code.   

@Victor Funes There are several agents that interact in these forums and BP has a feature to 'find an agent' if you still need help.

I did have an STR pre-COVID that my maid essentially managed for me except customer interactions, but that's a different beast altogether.

Almost everyone on BP seems to be individuals - very few reps of the regional development companies interacting here.
