But I am always lining up my next moves and am inspired when I hear podcast guests discuss their passion for helping others and making that the heart of their business.

I don’t normally post much on social media but I thought this will be useful for many other your investors and will hopefully inspire them to do something similar.

We were inspired, though, by Paul Graham’s essay Do Things That Don’t Scale , which is a cogent argument for using founder time in the early stages to perfect systems before temporal demands grow such that that focus is no longer an option.This year we are taking that advice to heart by focusing wholly on what we personally can do to ensure that our prospecting, acquisition, and project execution machinery is firing on all cylinders.

I would ask are your older children living here now and are they over 18 ?  

She has two young children, one of which is on the autism spectrum, so moving twice would be difficult for them.I'd like to help out and purchase a place that they like, and then once they close on their sale, have them purchase the home from me.Market where they want to buy is super hot, so a contingent offer won't work.

Really inspiring as I'm starting my real estate journey now.
