Looks for great real estate events or seminars that have been game changers for you all.

So many of the smart folks (I'm listening to like 5 REI podcasts regularly #addict) persuasively recommend an SDIRA over just relying on the Stocks & Bonds Industrial Complex.

As stated above I don't have any network in the real estate industry at all I'm going to a meetup tonight to hopefully change that but for now, I don't have anyone I can use to finance a deal or partner with since I will be living there for a 6mo to a year.

It is important to look at demographic trends , census data , what type of industrIes are there ,what are the plans of the city etc.

Hello..i'm new to the real estate industry and wanted to get into wholesaling.

I am a newbie investor looking for networking events on the weekends in the NY, NJ areas.

I would make a small commission on such transactions, adding another revenue stream to my portfolio as well as being given the opportunity to invest in said properties in the event of a flip. 

There is no specific set of guidelines from the IRS, and just the general prohibition against providing services to the IRA.We and most in the industry are comfortable with a client managing a handful of long term rentals. 

This whole industry is a grind, enjoy it!
