Anyways the house details are below.This is a SHF, that we plan to convert to a duplex. (2-2bedroom units) The lower unit will have 2 big bedrooms (12x14 and 10x14) large kitchen, large bathroom, large living room etc. - currently the back yard is a nice size and has a in ground pool with a new liner.

Family owned and operated, we have been doing plumbing & heating since 1978, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

The mortgage on the 2-flat we could easily pay with our 9-5 jobs so vacancy wasn't really an issue - we could absorb it if we had to and did for about 6-months while we had some major updates performed on the house (new HVAC, 2 bathrooms gutted, new plumbing in one unit, etc.).  

I recently redid a bathroom in a 1920s house where demo that would have taken a half day in a 1970s house took 3 full days days.

I've heard everything from "kitchens and bathrooms sell houses" to people who swear by always replacing or at least servicing these items just to ensure that they don't have any problems during inspection. 

My husband and I are selling our primary residence (our first accidental flip).We have previously gutted the home and rehabbed the entire kitchen, floors, dining room etc (bamboo floors, chandeliers, stainless Steele appliances etc.)There is a guest bathroom at the front of the house that we are in the process of renovating as well.And then there is the master bathroom.

Hey all, I'm looking for a contractor the Bentonville or even Fayetteville area to do some tile work in my bathroom.  

I'm in Asheville and will be looking for a contractor to redo my bathroom. 

Info about the house: It is about 4000 sq ft, 3 floors, more rooms than I can remember but technically 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms.

The older housing stock in Philly is mostly 2/1's so the 2nd full bathroom is a luxury that stands out.
