At the time, I didn’t know exactly what, but in May or June of 2022, I received the phone call that they were selling the business to Vacasa.I’m not the knee jerk reaction type, so I figured I’d ride it out and see what happens.

I was talking to a local investor this week who stated the industry/market is always driven by the cycle of riding in the new car vs the old.  

It's just not a ride that I would want to take, but see point above (my opinion and outlook is not universally held).

In response to your comment on letting the 15 year wrap, I could wait for rates to hit 0% or close to it so that I could do the Rate Term, pay for the closing again, and ride until monies have been recouped which would look like 2 years or less from this property then do the HELOC.  

Love is a spectacular and crazy thing, enjoy the ride.

I inherited these tenants with the purchase and am going to have to ride them out until the end of the lease.

If you have a long term goal, you should be able to ride out the storm (& dips).
