Without actual market numbers (market rent, property tax, vacancy, capex, repairs, insurance, etc.) you can't make educated decisions about moving and renting your property.

That is actually a GOOD thing for those of us who have vacation rentals there, because it prevents oversaturation of rentals.

While they started cutting down trees yesterday, they said the actual construction won't start until at least early summer.
