Most full stay away orders of protection instruct the perpetrator (defendant) to stay away from the home of the protected party which would be your tenant.

I can afford the purchase but the building requires full rehab (can't afford to spend the money and not have something coming in for 8 months). 

I have excellent FICO, really good income from full-time exec assistant job and lucrative but inconsistent part-time modelling and wanted to invest in 5-6 interesting properties.

I tried my hand at listing agent/wholesaler strategy but didn't treat it like a full time occupation, which it is if you plan to have any success.

This property is a full blown renovation that will include: gutting the the entire inside and stripping the roof.

If they could get out of their own way of their own regulation or reduce them for developers and charities to be able to build housing from say shipping containers,  or in older commercial buildings without having to do a full upgrade to modern standards.

Will get a full home inspection, termite etc.

Purchased for 21k, rehab was 30k and we got full asking at 125k. 

I'd be able to travel a few times over the weekends (still have a full-time job), but definitely looking to build up a small team wherever I end up investing.
