The areas most of my landlord friends like are not going to be near as nice as Charles village.

I have a friend I've had renting a room Monday-Friday the last 2 years while we were in law school.

The only thing they advertise is 30 minutes to Atlanta, 30 minutes to Stone mountain, and sleeps up to 16!
