Things to consider are annual co-commissions (essentially franchise fees), annual co-commission caps, desk fees, transaction fees, advertising fees, systems/platform fees, training programs, the schedule required, and then access to principal brokers and or mentors.

My current options:- Right now I'm working with a local bank who quoted around 5.5% (forgot the exact number at the moment) but with 1% origination fee and some other lender fee (I think $1000-$1300).

Mt Pocono township and Strouds township are 2 of the few towns that failed the ban, so basically 100% legal to do [have to pay a fee].I am adding another 1 hopefully in the next few months.
