I can't tell you guys how fortunate I am to have come across this website.

We were fortunate to get a dorm room.The moment that the lottery notifications were sent, there was a rush for Isle Vista (the area near UCSB) units.  

We have been very fortunate and collected 100% of rents and have not had any vacancies in 6 months.

Fortunately I have been doing my due diligence on understanding the process before I bid on anything because now I understand , correct me if I’m wrong, that I would be bidding on the lein so whatever taxes that is owed I’m responsible for in addition to the bid I place, unless it’s redeemed by the owner in which case I would get my money back with interest at a future date ?

Credit cards are high interest propositions and can easily cost you a fortune if you don`t use them responsibly.Research carefully before getting a card, as some have better benefits than others and some will have benefits that are better for YOU than others.

This is one of those situations where you have a fortunate accident happening to you. 

I find my self leaning towards fortune builders mastery program but I deep down know that I can do this myself.

Fortunately, I was imagining the worse regarding tenants, but the place had been vacated, so didn't have to deal with eviction.

Fortunately the car port is single sheet asphalt roof and does not require a roofer.  

Fortunately, I was able to get 2 units rented within a matter of a couple months while I lived in one of the units as well.
