One of the methods I showed them was doing 360 virtual walkthroughs that we record to their websites.Then we also do what are virtual open houses that are essentially webinar walkthroughs to groups of qualified buyers.Finally, I've encouraged all of them to shoot a video detailing how they are sanitizing everything each time they show a house.

@Tom Nguyen I have a company we use regularly for exactly this, it's worked out fantastic for us in time saved etc etc. 

A great attorney on your side can be a fantastic resource and is often a lot less expensive than you think. 

Are there cleaning protocols/check lists/new practices and methods for cleaning an apartment before renting it out now that we have a covid-19 pandemic?

You either have to go out a litte further, 2-3 miles to try and find comps, or try another valuation method like price per square foot average in the area to get a ballpark.
