Does anyone have any HOA language they've seen or examples out there in Texas where the HOA rules do permit renters to access and be able to reserve common areas, such as for a pool party?

How long from when you apply for one until you have access to the cash typically?

Any competent realtor with access to the MLS can give you accurate info on REO's

If you don't want to do that then the only other options are to sell the house or take out the HELOC.Nothing else can really be done to access cash from the home.

You aren't going to be able to access funds based off the ARV.

I can’t get into specifics, but say you a personal connection to access private lenders through a private equity firm...what would you be doing?
