Overcollateralized loans, I believe, are the antithesis of REI at the moment- most folks are looking for cash, with little to no money down, to execute a deal.

Although the strategies in both countries are similar the execution and management seem to quite different. 

I think my planning, execution & sweat equity in building the units and managing the business is more than enough to justify a 50/50 split.

Hi Brent,It seems like you already have an idea of how to get those off market deals, it’s just about execution now. 

Keep in mind that when doing a BRRRR, eventually you are going to have to go to a lender to execute the refinance.
