Well I haven't gotten a chance to travel much lately but any camping spot with a nice fire, good company, good music, and some cold beers would be perfect.

For example, chances are most any apartment you buy should have some cash flow left each month after all expenses.

However, without all cash you'd pretty much be left out of the running because you'd have to come in with an unconditional cash offer to even have a chance.
