Regardless getting that's degree which emphasized real estate I was more comfortable with the contruction business.  

I graduated from college with a business degree that emphasized in real estate and I got a broker license in 1980.  

The banks must not be convinced either, or the rate differential between the benchmark 5-yr fixed and the 10-yr fixed offerings would be greater.I am one of those who subscribes to analysis which demonstrates variable rate mortgages always win out in the long term (even back in the 1980s when it was painful).  

Lease options need to be a win/win for both parties and should be fair.

So my question is if i win a bid. do i have to pay all the liens?

We emphasize rent is due on the first and late on the second.
