When you put a lot of time, money and sweat into a place it can be hard to hand the keys over to someone else, even a tenant.

However, they will also be the hardest to get someone to part with, because they are valuable and readily marketable.I would be very careful with anything else.

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem?
