I found an ad for someone needing to move out of a house that they've been living in and renting for 3 years.

New information should added since this post is so old.

Despite Realtor ads, a home is not necessarily you best investment.

Just avoid direct ads to the group as this is not the right forum for ads.

It should not matter but it does eliminate one variable from the equation.

I've heard of other programs such as this, and this one really does do a LOT (form letters, contracts, marketing letters, ads, etc.), but I just can't wrap my brain around the cost!

Odds are there was plenty of reason and opportunity to not rent to them to begin with, or to move them out long before this incident.At the very least, they should have (at this point) worked WITH the woman to "help" her get relocated, rather than adding to the drama.

I have put out several ads online and directed them to my website, with no luck there yet.That's interesting!

When the girls were 3 & 4 I had a hammer in their hands lol).Anyways, I have done it all; tiling, drywall, framing, installed doors, carpeting, rough and finished carpentry, knocked down walls, installed cabinets, laminate flooring(I didn't want the added expense of hardwood), finished my basement (DH did the electrical although this does not appear hard to learn), designed and built a 20X20 paragoda/arbor for my patio (with some manly help) and installed a vinyl fence.
