They are saying these are now business/commercial properties so they need to be insured as such . 

Even on your own primary home, you can claim tax advantages if you are using it for business purposes.  

You might also meet someone that could be a potential business partner.

Especially if its amounts for like 1200 or less, could be easy money once they recieve a letter from an attorney talking about initiating the foreclosure process.

Either one of those is an easy NO!

I don't think there is any easy way to pull a foreign background check (although my guess is it is country specific).

Call the business phone number and ask to speak with the person rather than calling the number the applicant listed.- Minimum credit score of 650.- Rental History: screen for tenants who have a track record of owning or leasing property.
