Can someone please tell me what the J/E would be for the attached Settlement Statement?

This simply pissed me off and would any seller and I told the buyers agent to have their client take a hike or be reasonable, after all, it is not a brand new build home.

If you are a 1065 (partnership) you generate K-1s....that's what happens instead of the Schedule E.

Since you owner occupy a duplex literally half of your mortgage interest, re tax should be hereSchedule E shows your rental income/ expenses- the other half of your duplex expenses go here.

Brand new member -- first time posting on the forums.  

Brand new to BP and still formulating my business model but working on a strategy to specifically fill this niche and become an agent that can invest my agency income as a partner in investments. 

It is good to leave some bagels or similar, juice, coffee, tea and maybe bottled water to get people started at least for their first morning in case they are arriving too late to shop.
