We also have some 2024 bookings, that makes them 18 months.We do get 3 day stay bookings that fill in the calendar for spring/summer/fall that are usually 2 weeks to 1 month ahead of the arrival date.

If so then over time, and the option to refinance once the market changes, this should be a good first step.Always have reserves, and never "fall in love" with the property.

Not a tax expert but I believe countertops would fall under the 7 year depreciation schedule and so have a zero basis at 17 years.
