Just like being a cop, you gave up weekends off, you gave up a normal sleep schedule, you gave up your days off to be forced to work, or go to court.

I am waiting for your response in order to give you a step-by-step description of the manner of scheduling a private visit at the property.So many things wrong with this situation.

The "Other Provisions" of the plan says " Debtor shall commence their monthly rent beginning 12/1/2015" which I interpret as full rent will be paid going forward.The Bankruptcy form is a little confusing, in the standard explanations section it says "To be paid, you must file a Proof of Claim even if your claim is listed in the schedules filed by the debtor."

The Schedule B-1 requirements include this clause:7.

I told them I was calling the sheriff to schedule the eviction day.

If an auction is scheduled, they are only required to send the notice to the address on file....with an incorrect/out dated address, you don't receive notice, the property is sold, you have no recourse.
