I know times they be a changin... though.was just in Lincoln last summer for my niece's wedding stayed at Thunder Valley that's one nice Indian casino and hotel  by the way.My direct mail that I do now is in other states one were I live and others in the deep south were I am active.

So, at least with that vendor, we've gotten TOTAL COST down to 18 cents per door which is not bad.In that business, you have to be very cautious - if someone quotes way too low a price to distribute, it could be because they have no plan to actually distribute all your pieces.THIS LITTLE VIDEO - from the vendor we use in CA - illustrates the issue...After distribution, those guys send us a zip file with thousands of digital photos of our ad on thousands of doors.

Really great  Other then that nothing   I can think of a lot of things I would do in conjunction with yellow letters but from a DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT approach   TV is it  Certainly digital is outstanding, COI is awesome, postcards work too, text and RVMs do okay   In fact I personally think you should do all forms of marketing  I love it all

Hello @Philip AbbeyThere are many things to consider and it also depends a lot on what kind of personality you have (Risk taker, self motivated etc) so there is no one answer fits it all.Of course if your interest is over 8 percent on those loans i would strongly recommend you to pay them off first / consolidate the loans into one loan with lower interest rate and invest.For me personally i know that i can make more than a single digit return on my money + tax benefits so if my loans are less than that i wouldn't try to pay them off faster.

All these investments after all the years are worthed as kid would finish their university with zero debts zero student loan , and he got 6 digit income even before he graduated.invest in 401k/529/Ira/real estate is all worthed…What if my kids don’t wanna go to college.

Although the area has experience massive price appreciation over the last 5 years, if you look at Colorado or California, you can see there is still plenty of headroom in the Smoky Mountains (Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville) especially when properties are generating double digit cash on cash returns.We purchased a few cabins in the Smokys and are looking to buy more.
