That appraised value will be used to determine the taxable income amount of the distribution. 

Hello BP community How do i run the number to see if i got a good deal or not?  How do i know what is the most i can offer to win the contract, so that the buyer and I can turn a good profit?   

@Phil Harris It might help to determine what your goals are.

The people who are successful are the ones literately, working the butts off, if you're ready to do that-- determine the best plan for you, and do it!

I'm under contract on a duplex and one of my unacceptable conditions was the foundation which showed signs of significant movement (see below pics from inspection report).

The commission to the broker is paid out of the seller's side (almost always, as they are the ones who signed a listing contract agreeing to pay the broker a commission on sale of property).
