I find some parts of the process (Organizing purchases/deliveries, Payment, and managing important details) quite inefficient and painful at times. 

I like the numbers on the deal and I am in the process of locating a private investor to help with the down payment. 

@Hiren Patani Make sure the process will end in a judgement or you take the next step and file for a judgement, it differs by area. 

@Olivia Virgadamo I've gone through the same process and in short, you should either get a good commercial broker that specializes in retail leasing or find the contacts yourself.

We designed the hot tub room to be well ventilated & have never had any sign of mold or staining on the walls/ceilings, but I did use a commercial exterior paint on all walls & the ceiling.

In many cases, this means writing the pros and cons or another type of review process, but it could also mean testing the water doing one or the other (management company or self-management).Do not get stuck in believing any of our experiences will be yours. 

I have heard that when writing an offer to a van owned property that the closing process can take a long time.

The eviction process can be expensive if you pay a lawyer, but you can save yourself a lot of money getting familiar with the process, the necessary documents and procedures to file.

I am looking for anybody who has gone through this process for Boston and completed it.There are a few community banks who will do it and a few local credit unions. 

Can someone provide a step by step process that we can follow (or point me to an existing outline) or do we need to hire a real estate attorney to complete this process?
