Even the guests where I am not interested in their area, wholesale, commercial, mobile home, etc. there are still some useful tips in those episodes that can be applied to other areas.

I agree with others, that you should read all you can, devour podcasts (there are probably about 100 shows dedicated to real estate), follow blogs, etc... 

My disgusting tenant is a retired Harvard grad and fully mobile but I guess they don't teach cleanliness or hygiene at Harvard.It's ironic because I have a buddy who's a landlord in Maryland and his tenant literally destroyed his bedroom door, smoked inside, holes in wall, AND didn't pay rent but still had to go through the process, took 1-2 months and ultimately he won the eviction and was awarded damages/backpay but his tenant plead broke so he had to go back to warrant in debt court to garnish his wages which isn't guaranteed but at least he won that too.

Those of you who have invested in mobile home parks...what was something you wish you had done differently during the deal process?

I was driving in my truck and thought how cool if BiggerPockets had a dedicated XM Channel, running recent interviews and a mix of all their most recent podcasts.. even a weekly radio show on repeat...

That way I can mobilize faster than a hotel and gobble up some bookings that would have went to my local Holiday Inn.

I’m wondering if they have a dedicated realtor or asset manager that I can try to locate...

So is it Multifamily, Single Family rental, Flipping, Industrial, Data center, Mobile home parks.
