I would advise not to get totally comfortable with the "one-stop-shop" feeling at that point and be open to shopping around for better terms or rates with other lenders if you can get them.

The contract I signed however did not state anything of that nature.In the end I never did pay them (and they never asked me in spite telling me they would once) - even when I told them I no longer need their services they never asked for payment and we just stopped communicating.I know this is long winded but can I sue at this point and is it even worth it?

After looking up the legal definition I agree with you that setting up an MLS drip alone would not constitute procuring cause but that might not stop a slighted agent from pursuing a case or opening a complaint.

If it has that slimy feel, notice her as an issue and either she cleans it and they stop vaping, or you have it cleaned and bill her and ban the guy.
