@Edison Reis I find it strange that less than 10% say homeownership is a goal, but almost 40% own their home.... my take is that they are starting later, mostly due to student loan debt.

What I mean is, if you don't bring any cash to the table initially, then there's no cash to get at later, unless you wait a while as you pay of debt and (hopefully) see some appreciation.No reason this can't be done with at a LLC.
