. : Car insurance rate, cable bill, kids extra curricular activities, vacations, credit card bills, restaurant outings.

In case of an emergency, I can utilize 0 interest credit cards, short term loans etc. that would help keep me going until I am able to get back on track.

Funding the project wasn't an issue but I underestimated the cost of rehab so I had to get loans from credit card (0% interest for 15 months), it did drop my credit I hope that it will bounce back once I pay it off.

I am looking at starting a company with an initial investment of $50 and the option to deposit as much as you would like at anytime with no minimums and an option for debit/credit card linked account for round up automatic transfers.

I keep the reserve in case there is a bad storm and I end up needing 5 new roofs in a single month.Also, I guess it should be said: always pay down high interest loans (like credit cards) first!

We push the credit card system that our software provider (Easy Storage Solutions) provides, and we tell them we take checks or money orders as well.

Pays back in many ways: free delivery to my first and second floor duplex kitchens, 1-2 year warranty from manufacturer and credit card, and curb appeal of a sorts since our listing photo is almost always the kitchen.

But they all take time 90 plus days.The adding tradelines works the best, adding rent payments cellphone payments stuff like that, but all that is time.We have also had really good luck with one credit card company because they report to the credit companies every 10 days unlike some that report when they feel like it or once a month.  *** This works when the client has no tradelines****
