With just 17-20 attendees, you can really get to know each person's 'haves and wants' to see how you could collaborate, and the masterminds are so interactive, more like a discussion, so everyone feels comfortable asking questions and gets really thorough answers.

A plumber/electrician/AC shop where customers never come to the shop?

If you offered them enough to cover their mortgage and closing costs, I am sure they would feel relief.

I do feel comfortable sitting in the same room as him so that should've been a dead giveaway.Developing takes schmoozing and baby kissing.
