The IRS rules are largely the same, it is just a different plan format that is individual instead of employer based.Rentals work well in a retirement plan.

@Daman GandhiThe problem is when we take a macro-economic trend of ‘more online retail than offline’, or, ‘30% of malls will be closed’, and apply it to everything which is commercial, it may not be the right approach for individual investors.
