Once you get the contact info, most people who click to gain access to the list will be 12-18 month of buying, or 3-6 months of selling but if you have a robust follow up system in place you will convert a decent amount of them.On a personal FaceBook level, I think more than 70% of your content should be not related to real estate. 30% can be related to real estate (people have different numbers for these).

.- There are 3 furnished buildings (built in 2015 but renovated in 2018 to convert to this use) with 25 units that currently have 31 beds in a dorm style layout.- Rent is per bed.- Rent roll shows 0% vacancy and monthly gross rent of $13,880.

I've had luck with Foremost and American Modern, but I think Foremost offers coverage that includes vandalism and also will prorate the expensive vacant insurance rate, no minimum, if you convert to a landlord policy once occupied.

It was undeniable that the leasing company did not have the home inspected or professionally cleaned, fire alarms broken and missing, light bulbs burnt out, carpets filthy, windows inside/out so dirty you cannot see out of them, 1/2 inch of dust and dirt on the ceiling fans, window sills, bathrooms not cleaned...just a complete mess.
