I don't know any lenders that will lend 100% of your purchase price.Yes, most do want 20% paid by the loan recipient. www.uscommercial.us will finance 100% of the purchase price...for 8 points...and 9.75% on rehab...and an exit strategy.Ask for TomBTW when I compute ARV I look at comps and toss out the cash sales.
