I'm just not comfortable with buying property without being able to look it over closely in person.I don't honestly think listing services like loopnet or the MLS will generate the best deals.

I asked her how she was so comfortable with ghosts, and she told me that she had rented another house where a guy had killed his girlfriend then himself, and she would see them around the basement.A couple of weeks later I woke up and was watching the news and saw the news reporter at the scene of a homicide.

Research it and have your numbers in your mind, and if its a good enough deal (and if your comfortable with the risk) make your offer without seeing the insides.

I don't want to limit myself to just NE mass but I think for my first deal I'd like to just get comfortable with the process and be able to walk through it and keep an eye on my property/work on it myself.I think you may be overestimating the kind of investment I can pull of right now.
