Now have a property management company running the property for the time being.

I first contacted a highly regarded property management company who then suggested a great investment focused real estate team to work with.

I was at the mercy of a 3rd party company that put in the responses based off what my company thought was best.

Sucks but was going to send it in.Then, they also want a business license ($30) -- but to get a business license you need another form...the only of which appears to make sense is to incorporate a company that will have the license.Am I reading this right?

Have seen the “trip and fall on sidewalk” but that was covered through the insurance company.

Or do I offer $235,000 still and the title company will figure it out?

Are these companies you are asking about or operation terms? 

Good morning , I just got my first property under contract with the seller in Florida and now I need to find a buyer and a title company who does accept closing using assignment contracts for wholesaling.can you folks help me reffering one please?

I’m having a hard time finding an insurance company that will insure my STR  property in IL.

Water company will tell you if meter is/hass run constantly for x number of days. they should be able to tell you water usage compared to history for that building and compared to neighbors (make sure it’s same number of units.)In some areas they will send a team out to replace faucets, toilet valves and such to save water.
