Plans to were announced last month to invest $2B into the cities airport in anticipation of the population/business travel growth. 

But it was near a neighboring city (30-45 minute commute) with a lot of potential value. 

I checked city of Arlington and the property comes under str zoning district.

I would love to get some advice from locals or any real estate expert with experience in Maryland on the best locations (cities, neighborhoods, etc) to buy this type of property at a fair price.Thanks in advance!

I have called the city and my land is unzoned.

I'm a new investor and looking to stick to the Kansas City area for now.

If the seller's contract lists a deposit that was never paid the tenants must execute a Certificate of Estoppel prior to you closing which states no deposit.

I am American, but I moved outside the states a couple years ago, but I expect to start spending more time back in the PNW in the the next few years, and a stretch goal is to be able to accommodate friends and family when they visit, which should be increasingly frequent.

And some counties/cities might offer incentives for taking these on too.  

Have boundaries and just as @Nathan Gesner said, post notice (according to your State specific laws) and move them out.
