If you're looking for a cheap option - buy it as a primary and live in it and then turn it into a rental down the road :) However, I know that isn't an option.

It is not exploitive....but rather the asset is cheap as measured against the rent because the risk is through the roof.

Buy new cabinet pulls and use the kit on the wall cabinets.Or you could go to your local habitat for humanity Restore and see if you can find a properly sized wall oven cheap (it probably needed the older size  27" oven and the standard size is now 30").
