If I pursued the second strategy, wouldn't I have to get 2 insurance policies, one while I personally own the property, and another when I change title to my LLC.

I need to draft an addendum that proposes a change to the title and escrow company that will be used for a property that I intend on closing on, however, I have no experience doing this.
