I like the links to members sites for I learn a lot, but I do check it out first to see if it is even relevent.

I just joined after reading this forum for a couple of days and I must say, the forum is a new investor's dream; what a wealth of information!! :type:

Parents and grandparents all deceased, Only distant members left.

I am a member and it has saved me a bunch on getting advice about laws in other states.

Personal vendettas by the board members, vast non-compliance by the owners, etc etc.

That's awesome... and linking that back to your other post, we just need to convert those viewers to members... have you thought about a pop up or pop behind scenario to engage people to become members?
