Even if your mother approves using some equity from your home as a down payment for a second property, you will still need to qualify for the remaining amount needed for the purchase.

You would need quite a massive amount of training data to actually build something like that for it to actually give valid and relevant results.

I am looking to purchase a parcel of land in Michigan and plan on using cash for the purchase.

Looking for best option to cash out refi.

. $100 cash flow is not worth it a month.

The plan here is to have a local (RV Certified) tiny home builder do the marketing to attract buyers that want to buy their tiny homes (cash or 25 year financing) and live in this park, until there are 44 pads occupied by tenant-owned tiny homes, paying $750/mo lot rent, on 1 year leases.
