Residential agents do fadeout more quickly and commercial is more specialized.Discount companies have been funded hoping to be the next big thing and they last a few years and then go out of business or contract.I have seen tons of them churn and burn over the years.

It went down ok and looked nice, but in less that a year there are scratches and a burn spot where candle wax got on it(tile would have shown nothing and is easy to replace just one tile).
