Watching my brother lean heavily into real estate, I wanted to make some money outside of my day job.

I'm movng accross the country alone from missouri and want to use this move as my first step in real estate. the housing markey is 150% higher than missouri and a couple months ago after almost purchasing my first property in st louis, i was onlty able to qualify for a $125,000 FHA loan with my brother (using both of our FHAs) .

My brother invested there and ended up pulling out his money because some of it was too sketchy. 

For hanging drywall, my brother in law Nick has a team.

I do the majority of my investing up in Ohio with my brother, but do have a few properties locally here as well.  

Many studies show that both SS and Medicare could be self funding IF they had been run properly by Big Brother.

But I have people with good credit (mom, sister,brother) who are will to join the llc and be my signer on the loan.  

My brother in law bought a home in Los Altos Hills in 92 for 1.2 mil that had sold in 87 for 2.5 and the person lost it today I suspect that house is worth 6 to 7 million.

Friend of a friend. 4 brothers inherited this property and didn’t want it.
