And this is just my opinion.Now John Jackson and I agree you can go to boutique mom and pop non-brand Realtors and ask to "buy their almost expireds" for $500 or so, if they sign up for you to LOA.But...If you get licensed you cant approach listed sellers, goes against the "Ethics" issue of Realtors.so....I love talking to listed sellers.I give them....- Top Sales Price for their house- No Agents commission- No closing costs- They can move out whenever they want- We will get them their PITI paid (IF the house meets my criteria)The home sellers just need to lease it for 12 to 12 months first.Many Agents do not like REIs, so why talk to them?
