I am considering developing a web-based mapping platform that will allow single family home investors -- and their service providers/advisors -- to quickly determine suitable locations in the US to focus their investment efforts (down to the block group or subdivision).I wanted to get some quick feedback on whether you would use such a tool or think that someone would.My thinking is the target audience is people with no geographic restriction and are open to anything -- the ultimate out-of-state-investor -- who wants to find areas worth focusing on.

Those southside neighborhoods you are looking at are definitely developing but its block by block.

I rehabbed both units. and literally 1 year later the drains started to back up. on 1 home I was stuck paying 5,200.

We bought that duplex for 370k, put 20k into it, so we’re 390k in, but it has strong cash flow and we’re getting paid to live 2 blocks from the ocean.

Can they stick another piece of asphalt in the drain 5 1/2 months from now, get another health department complaint, and repeat indefinitely? 

Definitely install backup flaps and valves for all floor drains and the main line.

For context there's townhomes starting at 650k being built like 6 houses down and condos starting at 850k being built two blocks away.
