For those who also use a series LLC, what type of documentation are you putting together when you buy a new property and set up the new series? 

I negotiated an amount that was beneficial for both of us, but it took a very long time to get the money for one reason or another.

If you are worried about the sellers statements, make it a requirement that this document is completed and included with the purchase and sale in your offer.

I do everything within my LLC and I have an "officer" of my LLC who owns 0% of it but has the authority to sign documents whenever I appoint him to, and only until I'm 18 (this coming January).That's how I've been wholesaling, I just do every other aspect of it and he docusigns it for me.

Is it as simple as just receiving a set of documents that I then forward to a representative of the servicer? 

I would avoid submitting changes of address forms until that two months is up to avoid it being documented that you did move.

I am not sure she does text messages and I am pretty sure she would not be signing any online emailed document that I could draw up.

 If I need to send a certified letter with a lot of paperwrk,to a tenant who moved out  an wont give new adress ,can they use a lawyer to receive these documents .It confirms the $ an invoice of cost deducted from security deposit   ..Tenant wont give adress ..but will give  a lawyers .Thanks It's in tn
