Does anyone have experience with DSCR loans?

 Is a fix and flip loan the best option for this scenario?

yes, you did understand me correctly. all efforts with the solar company to pay back arrears and reinstate the loan service have been fruitless. small company and very dysfunctional.

I’m a former investor and current escrow officer located in Southern California and am looking to connect with investors, agents, loan officers and bankers, and anyone else in the settlement agent realm.

I don't know what type of loan to get.

I know this fluctuates, but just want to see what other people are getting loan wise for a loan on multifamily over 5 units?

I'd say that's probably my upper limit of cash for REI as well but considering I can loan money my actual investment could be more. 

At 25% down I’m looking at roughly $2300 for principal, insurance, and taxes per month on a 30 year loan at 7.6%.
