Maybe search BP events or your local Facebook investor groups to see if there are any local meetups that you can attend.

The Tulsa REIA meetup would be a great resource though as there are several investors attending the meetings that are either in Commercial multifamily already or are looking to get into it. 

Below are some tips to find a Local CPA that specializes in real estate1) Attend a Local REIA / Real Estate meetup and see who other investors are using as a CPA2) Network with other investors from your City/State that you find on bigger pockets and see who they use as a CPA3) Look for CPA's with good google/yelp reviews where 'real estate' is mentioned in the review.4) Verify that your CPA is licensed.

This is where you will be able to meet with local investors and get insight on investing in your market* Attend meetups.

Scottsdale is what brings the out of state guests to vacation or attend events. 

@Matt Robinson does a fantastic job of building a community for local investors with great education -- Beyond that there are several meetups in the area that you could attend as well.  

We will have a CPA and a bookkkeeper sponsoring at the MAREI Trade show next week and I'm willing to bet several more will be in attendance. 

Best way to find these people are to attend local investor meetups.

That said, I could see how this could be a plus for a family who’s kids would be attending that school.Another that would not be a dealbreaker, but certainly annoying- being a dog owner on a street with lots of dog walkers!
