The CCROI is great (over 20%), but there will be little appreciation for when If and when I go to sell the property.The general rule of thumb in a super competitive market is that when interest rates are low and there aren't a lot of deals you need to look to secondary and tertiary markets to get great cash flow, or maybe find something you can force appreciation with.

The ADA, a part of the Civil Rights Division, while not an authority or enforcer of this subject with regards to housing, is used as a primary source and baseline for all of these laws and acts relating to disabilities.Also, the ADA states that "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

@Jay Hinrichs - 😁 hope all is going well for you.Like you I don't do seconds Mike,,  I know the BK judges have ultimate authority.. but did not realize stripping the seconds was common or very common.. what I see on huds were I am doing new originations of distressed assets is the second taking 2k to 5k when they were owed 50 to 100k.. so I know the loss's are real in seconds ergo not for me..
