Hello,Firstly, I'm a bit of a noob so please excuse if my question a bit all over the place.Backstory:I have a 1960's house in a small ski town where the real estate is booming.

With the current state of the housing market, I'm looking at property in my home town which is out of state and I'm also looking at SFH and MFH in-state as well but in both cases I'm yet again getting caught up on the financing piece. 

I am looking into purchasing 10 units in a small town university in PA. 

If you're new to investing, I would suggest you meet other investors at one of the 2 Investors groups here in town: REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) or PIN (Property Investors Network).

Then the town tax is similar.
